Bremond “Bay Bay” McClinton founded All Sports Speed and Conditioning, LLC in 1997 in San Antonio, Texas. Bay Bay is a native of San Antonio and a graduate of Theodore Roosevelt High School. Bay Bay went on to enjoy a successful professional career with the Houston Oilers, Dallas Cowboys, and brief time with European leagues before returning to his hometown to finish his career with the Canadian league San Antonio Texans. Bay Bay’s commitment to youth in our community has led him to found Bay Bay Kids and All Sports Foundation. He wants to use his knowledge, experience, and his ability to motivate and provide young people with the skills necessary to reach their goals. Through the foundation he hopes to also provide young people with the tools and support to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
